Bharat Sikka is a visual artist and an Indian film director, primarily known for his work as a photographer. Working across commercial and narrative film, Bharat brings a photographer’s eye to moving image, with a focus on strong visual ideas, contemporary culture and human stories. He has directed films for iconic brands including Meta, OpenAI, Levi’s, BMW, Nike, Spotify, Samsung, Budweiser and Absolut, helping brands build or rethink their visual identity through film. His work is defined by a distinct visual language and an interest in pushing commercial film beyond conventional advertising. He is also the creative producer and co-founder of Ransom Film.
